If you want to continue doing business, I would 100% fire this young lady. I ordered the cookies warmed and it was still cold as if it was from the fridge. I let her know after 3 attempts of trying to speak with her and she took 10 different orders before having another worker do the job for her and she went back in forth from the back to the front laughing while I was still waiting for it. I let them know after the 6th order they took after me hey I’m still waiting for the Cookie Monster by the way and she completely ignored it. Another customer had even looked at me in complete shock that their order finished well before they could fix mine. I felt disrespected and not welcomed as a customer. I took some photos so the owner can handle it and take matter in their own hands. To top it all off they even gave me coconut custard instead of the cake batter I had ordered! Nice!!!

I had a great experience at Custard Co! The custard was absolutely delicious creamy, flavorful, and definitely some of the best I've had. Everyone working there was friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. Claire and Nina provided outstanding customer service, were patient, and made sure we had everything we needed with a smile. You can tell the staff genuinely cares about their customers. I would definitely recommend Custard Co to anyone looking for a tasty treat and excellent service!

If you’re a Biscoff lover, The Custard Company did not disappoint! 🤤🥤 Their Biscoff shake was rich, creamy, and packed with that delicious caramelized cookie flavor in every sip. The crushed Biscoff cookies on top added the perfect crunch, and it was perfectly sweet without being overwhelming. Definitely one of the best dessert shakes I’ve had. Highly recommend stopping by The Custard Company if you’re craving a delicious treat—10/10!

Custard Co. on Monroe Street is a great spot when you’re craving a solid dessert. The frozen custard is rich, smooth, and clearly made with quality ingredients. They have a nice variety of flavors and creative options that make it fun to try something new each visit. The staff has always been friendly and welcoming, and service is usually quick even when it’s busy. The place can get packed at times, which just shows how popular it is. Overall, it’s a go-to dessert stop that never disappoints and is definitely worth coming back to.

Small place, but very cute and fun inside. It appeared very clean. The menu was insane, it had filled custard cones rolled in topping. We got a s’mores cone, and it was AWESOME. They had lots of flavor options like Dunkaroo, cookies and cream, etc. Parking was bountiful here and we stopped because of the convenience factor, it’s right on the corner of road, so easy to get to!
